Additional mileage is calculated at $1.50 a mile per service provider
$50 an hour (per service provider) may be added for heavy traffic areas such as DC or beach traffic
*A 50 mile round trip travel fee is included for onsite events

A 30 day advance cancellation notice is required for all wedding and event contracts.
If you cancel your contract less than 30 days before your event your 20% deposit is non refundable.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your event will be responsible for 50% of the contract total.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your event you are responsible for 100% of the contract total.

Upon signing the wedding and event contract we will require a 20% deposit.
A member of our team will contact you to secure your deposit, to schedule your trial service(s) (if applicable), and day of event services.
Your date/times will be held once the deposit is paid.
*Cherry payment plans are available.

Your credit card will be held on file, in our secure and encrypted booking system.
Your final payment will be processed 48 hours prior to the event date. We can happily and easily process another form of payment upon request.
The final payment cannot be split into multiple transactions. We are happy to provide an itemized breakdown for the cost of each service.

For bridal services, we highly recommend a hair/makeup trial 2 to 3 weeks prior to your wedding day.
When you come in for your trial, we encourage you to bring; your hair or headpieces, pictures of hair/makeup styles and looks that you love and a picture of your dress.

Hair Services: Please arrive with clean and dry hair. We recommend wearing a loose or button down shirt.
Makeup Services: Please arrive with clean and prepped skin.
Spray Tanning: Please arrive showered, with exfoliated skin, and do not apply lotion or makeup. We recommend wearing dark loose clothing.

Gratuity is not included in any of the service cost.
A 20% gratuity is customary.
Gratuity is accepted on the final payment or is accepted in cash.

Event kits (hair and/or makeup) are included for the bride for onsite bridal packages. Kits (hair and/or makeup) can be purchased individually for participants.
Event Kits Include:
Hair Event Kit: Travel hair spray, bobby pins, detox shampoo, and bag
Makeup Event Kit: Finishing spray, blotting papers, lipstick, mascara, cleanser, and serum

Depending on the timeline and intricacy of style and makeup look:
1 stylist per 5/6 styles
1 makeup artist per 5/6 looks
